In three different dishes place the remaining breadcrumbs, flour and eggs. By taking one cake at a time, roll in the flour, dip in the egg and lastly coat with the bread crumbs. Lay the salmon cakes on a clean plate. Heat a few tablespoons of the cooking oil over medium heat. Cook the cakes for five minutes on each side – until lightly browned. Drain the salmon cakes on paper towel before serving. Serve with lemon juice or dill sauce. . Sour Cream Dill Sauce
