Fish Sauce Recipe

This fish sauce recipe has two delicious uses. One tasty way to use this recipe is to pour it over fish immediately before you broil it. The other is to use it simply as a dip. Either way you can’t go wrong!

INGREDIENTS

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 drop hot pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 3 tablespoons chili sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

So easy!

Melt butter, add remaining ingredients and heat until bubbly. Delicious!
