Billy’s Batter
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of flour
1/8 Cup cornstarch
1 Egg white
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp baking powder
1/8 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp Parsley
Except for the flour, mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Dip your fish of choice in the flour and coat each side. Next, dip the fish in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
Please the fish on paper towels to drain any oil from the fish.
Serve immediately.
Spicy Fish Fry Batter
Ingredients
Flour
Worcestershire Sauce (3 shakes)
2 Cups buttermilk
1/4 Tsp Garlic salt
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce (3 shakes)
Cut fish into strips or large pieces.
Combine all the ingredients except for the flour. Mix well.
Dip your fish of choice in the egg batter, and then roll in the flour. Fry immediately in oil until golden brown.
Serve immediately.

Easy Fish Batter Recipe
Ingredients
1 Tsp sage
1 Tsp thyme
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tsp pepper
3 Cups flour
4 Tbsp seasoning salt
1 1/2 Cups of milk
This is as easy as it gets.
Cut fish into strips or chunks.
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll your fish pieces in the batter covering the entire piece. Immediately drop the fish into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
Note: If the oil is too hot, the batter will burn.
