Fish Batter RecipeThe batter makes a difference…A fish batter recipe can be great tasting and easy to prepare. With the right ingredients you can make a meal that has a taste that will impress anyone. We’ve been collecting fish recipes for years and want to share them with you. 1/2 Cup of flour 1/8 Cup cornstarch 1 Egg white 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Cup water 1/4 Tsp garlic powder 1/4 Tsp baking powder 1/8 Tsp baking soda 1/2 Tsp paprika 1 Tsp Parsley Apart from for the flour, combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Dip your fish of choice (we like walleye or pike for this recipe) in the flour and coat each side. Next, dip the fish in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown. Place the fish on paper towels to drain. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Easy Fish Batter 1 Tsp sage 1 Tsp thyme 1 Tbsp chili powder 1/2 Tsp salt 1 Egg, beaten 2 Tbsp paprika 1 Tsp pepper 3 Cups flour 4 Tbsp seasoning salt 1 1/2 Cups of milk Cut fish into strips or chunks. Mix all the ingredients together. Roll your fish chunks in the batter covering the entire piece. Immediately drop the fish into the batter and fry until golden brown.
