Barbeque Salmon Recipe

This is a terrific barbeque salmon recipe and one that is easy to make. It goes great with a Greek salad and lemon potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

  • • 4 Oz. Salmon Steaks
  • • 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • • 1 Tbspn Lemon Juice
  • • 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • • 1/4 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel
  • • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • • 1 Dash Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the sauce ingredients stirring thoroughly. Generously brush both sides of the salmon steaks with mixture. Barbeque on a well oiled grill. Make a tent of foil and place over the steaks.

Barbeque for 6 to 8 minutes per side over medium heat. Baste frequently. Turn once, brushing with sauce. Steaks are done when they flake easily with a fork.

Place the salmon chunks into a lightly greased roasting pan. Sprinkle to taste with the fish seasoning. Cut and squeeze a fresh lemon over the fish. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the pan. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes (or until the fish flakes with a fork). Serve with the remaining lemon cut into wedges.
