OK, let’s check out a couple sample baked salmon recipes.

Dill Baked Salmon Steaks

Ingredients :

4 Salmon steaks

2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

¼ Tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp minced onion

Pepper to taste

¼ Cup sour cream

1 Tsp lemon zest

½ Tsp dry dill

2 Lemons

Preheat oven to 350F and put the fish in a buttered baking pan.

Mix the lemon juice and onion. Sprinkle the mixture over each steak. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in the oven uncovered and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish can be flaked with a fork.

Take the fish out of the oven and spread the sour cream over the salmon. Sprinkle the dill and lemon zest. Put back in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedge.

This is a dandy.

Alaskan Special Salmon

Ingredients:

1 Pound salmon fillet

¼ Cup of mayonnaise

1/3 Tsp salt

1 Minced onion ½ Cup grated parmesan cheese

1 Sliced (thinly) tomato

Pepper to taste

Paprika to taste

Lemon Preheat the oven to 375F.

Place the salmon in a baking pan and sprinkle with salt. Spread the mayonnaise over the fish. Top the fish with the tomato, onion, cheese, paprika and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Note: You may need to add a small amount of water to the dish. Serve with lemon wedges.
