Baked Fish RecipeA good baked fish recipe is something nearly everyone enjoys. We’ve been collecting a variety of fish recipes for years and want to share them with you. We’re confident you’ll find one that is your favorite.Lime Baked Walleye Ingredients : 1 Pound of walleye fillets 1/4 Cup finely chopped almonds 1/4 Cup flour 1 Egg 1 Cup of crushed Rice Krispies 1Tbsp fresh chopped parsley 2 Fresh limes 1/4 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp ground ginger 2 Tsp pepper Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix together the cereal, parsley and almonds on a large flat plate. Place the flour on a second plate. In a bowl mix together the eggs, freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and seasonings. Roll the fillets in the flour. Dip in the egg mixture and coat with the cereal mixture. Place the fillet on a tin-foil lined baking sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Butter Herb Salmon Ingredients : 1 Large salmon fillet 1 Lime 6 Tsp Parsley 1 Tsp basil 1 Finely chopped onion 1/2 Cup of butter 1 Garlic clove, minced 2 Tsp salt 1 Tsp pepper Preheat oven to 300F. On a large cookie sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper. Place the salmon fillet on the paper. Blend together the parsley, basil, onion, butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread over the salmon. Squeeze the fresh lime over the salmon and place bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Thanks for visiting our Baked Fish Recipe page.
